I was so excited when Jamie contacted me to come down to Bavaria for a weekend to photograph an engagement session with us. She and her fiancé Eric moved to Germany a couple of years ago because of their jobs at the US Army. Both are nature lovers so we had to go into the mountains of course and picked Mount Tegelberg, well it has the Neuschwanstein Castle just underneath it, so it’s perfect for a romantic day. After arriving we were told that there is nothing but bad weather on the mountain and it will be miserable going up. I was so glad everybody was willing to take a risk so we went up anyway and to our delight the sun came out and we had the most beautiful view!
